I recently realized just a few weeks ago that I have never been to the circus. Not once, almost everyone I knew had been to the circus as a child and adult, except me. I didn't know how to feel about that, I mean I didn't feel like I missed anything, so I just brushed it off and didn't think about it again. Until the opportunity presented itself, it wasn't until Josh of the GAFollowers, told me that we would be covering the UniverSoul Circus. I must admit, I have been missing something, the UniverSoul Circus performers are amazing, talented, and just regular people if you saw on the street would never guess they could do such amazing things. We had a great time, and I would definitely recommend you and your family go and catch the show. The UniverSoul Circus is in Atlanta until March 3rd 2013, that means 3 days left, get your tickets now. To see a small example of the fantastic entertainment you will be blessed with. We have the event video and as a bonus, I made a blooper reel to show you how much fun we had covering this event. Enjoy, please done forget to SUBSCRIBE and tell a friend about us!
OMG what does she have on…she RATCHEEEEET lol, yeah I know
you all know exactly where that line is from. The funny duo Emmanuel and
Phillip Hudson aka the she ratchet boys.
KBP and GAFollowers were able to catch up with these two, and the laughs
just kept coming. This interview was not
only funny but revealing, I am a firm believer that everything happens for a
reason and God has a plan for all of us, it just takes vision and drive to use
what God has placed in your life to achieve what you were destined to do. So have fun, live life, you never know what can happen from just sharing yourself with the world. EP Hudson did just that and now they have over 138,000,000 views on Youtube. They are proof of the power of
Internet marketing, with Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and now Instagram who
needs PR. It all started with a few silly videos that became bigger than life,
now they tour all over the country, they are doing film and music. The world is wide
open to these talented brothers, and this is just the beginning. They have so much talent that has yet to be
tapped, I have a feeling you will be seeing a lot more of these two. If by any chance you have been under a rock
and are not familiar with the Hudson brothers, first watch the interview, and
click on the links to watch all their videos, I promise you will laughing till
it hurts.

Hey all, I have a confession to make, I am a YouTube addict,
which I’m sure some of you share this addiction with me. Those of you who do, you probably have heard about the Harlem Shake trending videos on YouTube. No it’s
not the Harlem shake you’re thinking of; this is a new song by the artist Baauer. Now some time ago one
person decided to make a video with this song and boy has it caught on. If you’re
not familiar it’s basically a 30 second video where one person is wearing some
sort of headgear and dancing like a fool while the other people in the room are
just going about their business. Then out of nowhere all hell breaks loose, it’s
extremely silly but surprisingly very entertaining. So I got together with few
friends of mine and did our own “Harlem Shake” video, don’t judge me, because I’m
almost positive you will consider doing one of your own. So here it is for you
viewing pleasure my Harlem Shake!!!
Bishop here, and I'm glad you can all join me for another look through the lens, as KBP tries to keep you all abreast to all things photography, video, and music related! This time we go somewhere we have never taken you before, we have been to recording studios, we have been on the sets of video shoots, but in this installment we will take you to the trap or should I say the trinap! Lol For all of our readers who are new to this term, let me explain, basically we are in the hood, zone 3 Pittsburgh section of Atlanta to be exact. The reason we are you here you may ask, well we are here to get educated, we will learn how to speak Guapanese from Mr Guapanese himself Jose Guapo!
Guapanese as its now known has been the stir of a lot of controversy, According to JG a few artists have used this language without giving the credit to its originator. He has a few choice words for one artist in particular. He states in his interview that he felt that 2Chainz track "Crack" aka Crinack should have been featured the originator of the lingo used through out the song. After about 18,000 views on this interview, it would appear a lot of people feel the same way. I'll let you be the judge, check out this exclusive classic interview.
KBP and GAFollowers caught up with Jose Guapo and discuss his upcoming and highly anticipated mix tape "Cash Talk Part 3" which will be available on Datpiff.com and Livemixtapes.com on February 5th 2013. He lets us in on what he has been up to, what we should expect from CTP3, how to speak the now infamous Guapanese and how he feels about 2chainz's hot track "Crinack". So go ahead click the link!!! Lol
This past weekend was crazy busy, but exciting and just the way I like it! KBP just wrapped up another project with GAFollowers, an interview with one of Atlanta's most notable emcees Cyhi The Prynce. Most of you probably already know Cyhi is signed to Kanye West's G.O.O.D Music label and dropped some crazy bars on Good Music Presents Cruel Summer (2012). You can catch Cyhi on the tracks "The Morning" and "Syn City". He also had (in my opinion) the best verse on " So Appalled" off of Kanye West's last solo project My Dark Twisted Fantasy. Now The Prynce brings you Ivy League Kickback, his latest mix tape that will be released today January 29th on Datpiff.com. I'm expecting great things from this one --real rap is so refreshing, right? Lol.
So we caught up with Cyhi at his early listening/video shoot for his lead single "All Night". Our interviewer and 1/2 of GAFollowers, Josh, was able to get the scoop on the motivation and driving force behind Cyhi and his music. And Cyhi, being the personable guy that he is, delved into his past and his upbringings, his regrets and insecurities, and truly reveals who the man behind the mic really is. It's a great watch for anyone interested in developing their craft, check it out!
I recently had the pleasure of wrapping up
another interview with GA Follower's and the lovely Ms Kennedy as she tapped into the
creative mind of Sonny Digital, producer of major hits such as "Racks On
Racks" by YC, "Same Damn Time" by Future and "Birthday Song" by 2Chains and Kanye West to name a few. Digital started in the game as a rapper but
turned to producing as a means to supply his own demand for hot beats! Hey, if
you want something done right, sometimes you've got to do it yourself! His formal introduction into the game came from Atlanta based rapper Gorilla Zoe (much
respect) and since then it's pretty much success story for the formerly named
rapper, Sonny Delight! Recently, Digital (who's often mistaken for Wiz Khalifa
lol) recently got the chance to work with his dream client Kanye West, which
marks a big check on his professional bucket list Now, the young Michigan
native who proudly carries GA on his back is working on a mixtape. Look out for Forbes Atlanta coming soon. He's a real humble guy and it was a great pleasure working
with him. Please watch the interview and see for your self, please hit that like button, comment and don't forget to subscribe.
For more info on Sonny Digital, you can follow him on twitter @SonnyDigital and of course to keep up with the latest from King Bishop Productions you should follow us @KingBishopPro. Hope you all enjoy the interview! Anything else you'd like to see included in
the next one, just let me know! You know at KBP we aim to pleas!
I recently had the great pleasure of working with GA Follower's as they interviewed Justin Martin, a young actor and
rapper with an incredibly promising future ahead of him. Martin, a
college freshman recently starred in the NAACP nominated movie, Flight where he played his idol's son, Denzel Washington. Funny
enough, a few years earlier in L.A. at a premier party for the movie A
Raisin In The Sun, another featured role under the
young Martin's belt, he met Denzel for this first time. Impressed by
the talent bursting from the young kid, Denzel planted a seed of
inspiration that would later bloom into a dream come true. Year's later,
Boom! Flight takes off, literally! Talk about motivation!
Today, Martin continues to thrive: He recently starred in Lifetime's
highest rated movie Steel Magnolias where he played
opposite (TV's greatest Mom ever) Phylicia Rashad. He's also shaking
things up in the music world and recently recorded with Black Cocaine on
a project entitled "Brain Food" all while vanguarding the #AimHigh
movement in GA. If you're not familiar with the popular trend, get
acquainted --a group of young, talented, and determined people,
dedicated to following their dreams by any means necessary. I couldn't
agree more.
Keep up with Justin on twitter @itsjustinmartin
